6月份IACUC專題演講，將邀請國立台灣大學法律學院 林明鏘教授，演講主題為：「台灣實驗動物之法律問題」，我國於民國八十七年由總統公布實施「動物保護法」以實踐尊重生命及動物保護之精神，因此特邀講者分享個人對動物保護法之個人學術見解，以促進臺北醫學大學一校三院，了解實驗動物之福利及促進學術研究發展。
